Surface
treatment Our high capacity plant for the surface treatment
of pure alu-minium and aluminium die castings has two fully automated
lines with both
chemical and electrolytic processes. We apply state-of-the-art
techniques in all stages of the process chain, from pre-treatment
to surface treatment and drying. We also use vibration tumbling
for small components.
Purification for the environment
All surface treatment equipment is connected to our cleaning
plant, which eliminates environmentally hazardous emissions
into water
and satisfies our stringent environmental requirements and our

The surface treatment line offers high capacity for the following
processes: Nickel/tin, copper/silver and chemical nickel.
Anodising
of Aluminium
The line includes separate pre-treatment stages for pure aluminium
and aluminium die castings.
Chromfree processes as a pre-treatment
for coating
According to the RHOS directive we use chromefree passivate
processes as a pre-teratment for coating. The pre-treatment
stage also
uses ultrasonic pre-treatment in order to give the very best
outcome.
Tumbling
The tumbling of small components is performed with different
types of ceramic chip.
