Within a production area of more than 13.000 square metre aimed for sheet metal work, we are today supporting the high-tech industry with the very best of products in the area of processing thin aluminium, aluzink, pre-galvanised steel and stainless steel.
This is possible due to very long experience, high focus on personnel development and investments made in machinery that is based on the latest technology.

Laser Welding
A very advanced technology within the weld-ing area: speed, performance, quality, volume, cost efficiency etc. The list of customer advantages can be very long.

Laser Cutting
With our combined laser/punching machine, we can quickly produce short prototype series. Combined laser cutting and punching gives unbeatable production speeds for complex products with a minimum of after-treatment.

Punching
With our fully automated FMC (Flexible Manufactur-ing Cell) punching machines we can offer punching from proto-type series to large volumes, in which the machines can be left to operate unmanned.

Edge Bending
Our machinery includes seven computerised edge presses, several of them are fully automated robot cells, which means unmanned edge bending with very high capacity. Edge bending using the ACB technique (Automatically Controlled Bending) provides an angle accuracy of ±0,3°.

Welding
We have equipment for both automated and manu-al TIG and MIG/MAG welding.
Straightening - In order to keep the shape accuracy of sheet metal components it is of most importance to have an effective straightening process. Our component straightening process operates with high-speed exchange systems and cleaning of straightening and support rollers. Individual straightening pro-grams are created and stored for each article.

Brushing
The brushing and grinding of punched material gives burr-free components with a high degree of surface finish.

MACHINERY IN BRIEF

2 Trumatic 600 punching machines up to 8mm, work area max. 2500 x1250mm, fully automated.

2 Trumatic TC 6000 L combined punching/laser cutting machine with 2500W laser, fully automated.

7 Edge bending machines Trumatic up to 850kN, max. length 2550mm, ACB technique with an angle accuracy of + 0,3†, also with fully automated robot cells.

1 Laser welding Trumpf HL 3006 D, with a 3000W YAG laser, fully automated with robot.

4 Excenter pressing - 20 and 100 tonnes.

2 Brushing/surface grinding machines

1 Straightening machine.

6 Welding – TIG and MIG/MAG, automated and manual.
