The area for high speed machining of aluminium and die casting
items makes no exception. Thanks to our multi-operation machi-nes
from Makino and Matsuura, we can offer high speed machining that
combines high capacity and extreme accuracy for demanding component
manu-facturing.
Machining
We also carry out machining processes in more conventional vertical
and horizontal multi-operation CNC-controlled machines.
In order to handle the machining process of die casting items
we are using multi-operation machines from Brother. All machining
cells are robotized, one robot - two machining cells.
MACHINING
Our most efficient organisation enables us to produce prototypes of complex components
in a very short time with a flexible adaptation to serial production. All of
our processing is being made in CAD/CAM
milieu, in where we can handle most file formats.
