"Westbaltic Components acquire Hellmer Group and Höglund Group."

Westbaltic Components AB today acquired Hellmer Group AB with it's subsidiaries Hellmer Industries AB in Norrköping Hellmer Die Casting AB in Hultsfred, both in Sweden and Hellmer Industries Shenzhen Ltd in Shenzhen, China from Mr Mats Hellmer. At the same time Westbaltic Components AB also acquired Lars Höglund Group of companies - Lars Höglund AB in Töcksfors and Lars Höglund i Flen AB, Flen, both in Sweden from Mr Lars Höglund.
