Final
assembly The unique chain concept with our complete in-house
process wich gives us full control over the entire manufacturing
process is the base in order to accomplish complex NPI projects
with success. Along with our expanding capacity as a system
supplier, we are offering pre-assembly, cable manufacture, final
assembly and
testing. Also, in our recently built and well isolated assembly
plant, we have more than 3.000 square metre of ESD floor, where
we can carry out precision assembly of sensitive electronic equipment.
Pre-assembly
We pre-assembly rivet washers, press
screws
and other types of mounting and fastening items. We also have
equipment for compression, radial riveting etc.
Cable Manufacture
We carry out basic cable manufacture
and have our own equipment for cutting, unsheathing, scaling and
affixing
cable shoes etc.
Final Assembly and Testing
Our final assembly
mainly consists of mechanical units, often with accompanying
electronics, such
as back plates, fans, cables and actuators.
But we also perform more advanced electronic assembly and
testing.
FINAL
ASSEMBLY
An interesting example is the Repant Global Double Head Project, where Hellmer
Group was assigned to produce and together with Repant to build a recycling machine
for the higly demanding German market.
